By engaging SiteHarbour Digital Pty Ltd for services, you agree to these terms.
Each engagement is governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) detailing deliverables, timelines and pricing (all in AUD, ex GST).
Standard terms are 50% deposit / 50% on launch, or milestone-based for Enterprise projects. Invoices are due within 7 days.
On full payment, all custom design and code developed for you becomes your property. Third-party assets remain under their original licences.
Post-launch support of 30-60 days is included depending on package. Ongoing maintenance is available from $99/month.
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
